Block of the Month/Week Guidelines

 

Block of the month/week quilts are an exciting and easy way to complete a quilt without spending a lot of time and money at once. You pay a onetime Sign Up Fee then everything else is automatic! Each month you will receive the fabric for that month's quilt block. You construct the block, then wait for the next block kit. At the end of the program, you have a beautiful finished product. 

 

CANCELLATION

 

When signing up for our block-of-the-month/week programs, it is understood that you are committing to the entire program.  We reserve the fabric needed for the entire project and often cut the individual months kits in advance. 

 

Make a mistake?

 

If you make a small mistake on a piece of fabric, let us know, if the fabric is available we will replace it for you.  If you make a large mistake we normally have extra fabric available for you to purchase. Give us a call and discuss it with us!

 

Sign-up Fee

 

Each program has a non-refundable Sign Up Fee. This not only tells us that you are committed to the program, but helps us to cover the initial costs of the patterns and fabrics needed.

 

Monthly Fee

 

Beginning the first month of the program, and for the duration of the program, you will be billed the amount stated in the details (and taxes when applicable). If you wish to have us mail the kits, a shipping charge will be added to your monthly charge. Unless other arrangements have been made, fees will be billed to the credit/debit card used to pay for the Sign-Up Fee

 

Billing

 

Each program will be assigned a date that payment will be processed. Once a program begins, it will be billed about the same time each month.

 

If for any reason we are not able to charge your credit card, we will contact you to get updated billing information.  Your kit will be held until payment is made. We encourage you to let us know if you receive an updated credit card or expiration date.

 

Shipping & Handling 

 

Shipping & Handling is not included in the monthly fee for our programs.  If you would like us to mail your kit each month we are happy to do so for an additional fee.

 

Participant Limits
If there isn't enough response to a program, we will cancel it and notify you. 

 

Program Cancellations
If Celtic Quilter must cancel a program you will be contacted and given the choice to apply your paid Sign Up Fee as a:

 

  1.  Store credit

   2.  Sign Up Fee for another Program

   3.  Refund

Class/Event Policy

Class/Events must be paid for at time of sign up.

If class or event is cancelled by Celtic Quilter you will receive a full refund for your fees.

You have until 10 days prior to the class/event to cancel and receive a store credit for you class/event fee. 

Any cancellations after this date will not receive a store credit or a refund.

Return Policy

No returns, refunds or store credits on fabric, books, patterns or open products.
