My Twisted Heart - OF

You will need the “My Twisted Heart’ pattern by Primitive Gatherings.  We will be increasing the size of the wall hanging from 14” x 14” to 21” x 21”.  To make the larger size, you will need either the Tiny Twister by Twister Sisters or the Primitive Pinwheels tool measuring 2 ¼” to complete this project.

Kits will be available from celtic quilter.  Before class you will want to cut and sew the following together so we can start twisting right away. 

34 - 3 ½ squares – red (for the heart)

15 – 3 ½ squares - background

2 – 2 ¼ strips of background fabric

These pieces should be sewn together prior to the class.

If you are using your fabrics, you will need

A mix of reds fabrics for the heart

½ yard of your background fabric

1/3 yard for your outer border
