Mini Exploding Heart Class

Does the amazing Exploding Heart Quilt by Slice of Pie Quilts seem a bit intimidating? Join us and make the new Mini Exploding Heart on Saturday May 25, 2024. Capture the feeling of the original Exploding heart quilt with this mini version for the advance beginner. The 36" x 36" quilt is the perfect size for a baby quilt or wall hanging. And this pattern is Fat Eighth AND AccuQuilt Friendly!

You will receive a copy of the Mini Exploding Heart pattern with your registration. Fabric requirements are listed on the back page of the pattern - 14 Fat Eighths make up the heart portion, so bring your scraps, your stash, or pick out fresh, new fat eighths! You will need 1.5 yds for the background. Please have your fabric purchased before the day of class.

If you are cutting the traditional way, make sure you have your rulers and rotary cutter!
 
If you are cutting with the AccuQuilt you will need a to bring:
2 inch finished square die
2 inch finished quarter square die
Appropriate mats to use with your die
AccuQuilt Machine (optional - you can use the store's Go Big! or one of the Go! manual cutters or Go Me! cutters)
